Found in Cochabamba Bolivia without locality as a miniature sized, warm to cool growing epiphyte with cylindrical to vary narrowly ovoid, laterally compressed pseudobulbs enveloped basally by 2 to 3 scarious sheaths and carrying a single, apical, lanceolate, thickly coriaceous, subsulcate within along the midvein, acute to apiculate, gradually narrowing below into the shortly conduplicate, petiolate base leaf that blooms on an axillary, racemose, nodding, thin, terete, to 4.8" [12 cm] long, several flowered inflorescence with 2 close bracts.
