Found in Bolivia at elevations around 1400 meters as a miniature sized, warm growing epiphyte with only 2 to 3, densely packed pseudobulbs carrying a single, apical, erect, coriaceosu, elliptic to extended oval, undulate margins, gradually to abruptly narrowing below into the elongate, petiolate base leaf that blooms on a lateral, pendant to arcuate, paniculate, to 5.2" [13 cm] long, to 15 flowered inflorescence.
