Flower Size .2 to .32" [5 to 8 mm]

Found in Natal South Africa along margins of rock outcrops in mointane grasslands in full sun at elevations around 1200 meters as a small to medium sized, cold growing terrestrial with up to 25, the lower 6 to 10 basal leaves that blooms in nthe late spring and early summer on an erect, terminal, peduncle elongate, rachis short, densely many flowered inflorescence carrying the flowers towards the apex.
