Common Name Olga's Selenipidum [Olga de Benevides, Colombia collector of the type current]

Found in Nariño department of Colombia at elevations around 210 meters as a large sized, hot growing terrestrial with thin, membraneous, delicate, elliptic-lanceolate to lanceolate, acute to shortly acumionate, pubescent beneath, glabrous above, margins hispid leaves that blooms in the late spring on a terminal, to [17 cm] long, subdensely many flowered inflorescence with prominent, lanceolate to lanceolate-ovate, densely hirsute externally, sparsely glandular within, shorter than the ovary floral bracts and carrying whitish flowers
