Found in Peru without locality as a mini-miniature sized epiphyte with ovate, laterally compressed, ancipitous pseudobulbs enveloped basally by 2 to 3 conduplicate sheaths and carrying a single apical, erect, narrowly lanceolate, conduplicate leaf that blooms on an erect, straight, paniculate, 1 to 1.6" [2.5 to 3.5 cm] long, thin, terete, successively single flowered inflorescence .
