Found in Sulawesi in lowland and swamp forests sometimes on mangroves at very low elevations as a mini-miniature sized, hot growing epiphyte with clump-forming, freely branching stems carrying distichous, elliptic obtuse leaves that blooms in nthe fall on many, arching out and downwards, 1.4 to 2" [4 to 5 cm] long, successively 8 to 10 at any one time to 40 flowered inflorescence
