Found in Huanuco Peru in humid wet forests at elevations around 200 meters as a hot growing epiphyte with clustered, erect, subfruticose stems that are loosely leaved above and glabrous below and carry 4 to 6, papery, elliptic, ovate-lanceolate to oblong-lanceolate, abruptly acuminate, subrotund basally leaves that blooms on a terminal, sessile, 2 flowered inflorescence with imbricating dark setose flroal bracts.

CAUTION This determination is definitely not conclusive, I have seen no drawings and only a small photo with no lip details so use with caution.
