Flower Size 2.5" [6.75 cm]
Found south of Santa Marta Colombia on the road to Minca at elevations around 500 meters as a large sized, warm growing terrestrial that has a successively?, single flowered inflorescence blooming in the later summer. Very similar to S chrysostoma and if so a first sighting for Colombia.
