Common Name The Lemon Colored Sobralia
Flower Size 5.6" [14 cm]
Found in Cocle province of Panama at elevations of 800 to 1000 meters as a large sized, warm growing terrestrial with erect, elongate stems carrying narrowly ovate, acute-acuminate, shortly petiolate base leaves with scurfy-hispid, rugulose sheaths that blooms in the summer on scurfy-hispid, rugulose bract clusters, successively single, few flowered inflorescence.
Sobralia mireyae is said to be synomonous with this epiteth but I have left them separate for now.
