Found in Western Australia at elevations of 50 to 400 meters on granite outcrops and granite sheets in soil pockets as a miniature to small sized, cool to cold growing terrestrial with 2, dark green above, reddish purple below, narrowly elliptic to narrowly cordate, obtuse leaves that blooms in the later spring and summer on an erect, rigid, fleshy, brown, thickening and swelling towards the apex, 3.2 to 7.2" [8 to 18 cm] long, 2 to 6 flowered inflorescence.
