Found in Ontario and Quebec provinces of Canada and Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts and Michigan in the USA as a small to medium sized, cold growing terrestrial that is a natural hybrid between Spiranthes lacera and Spiranthes vernalis.
