Common Name The Small-Spotted Stanhopea

Flower Size 5" [12.5 cm]

Found in southeastern Brazil as a medium sized, warm to cool growing epiphyte and or lithophyte with conic-ovaid, dark green, longitudinally rugose, pseudobulbs carrying a single, apical, lpicate, erect, coriaceous, acute, gradually narrowing below into the elongate, channeled, petiolate base leaf that blooms in the summer o na pendant, 7" [157.5 cm] long, 2 to 5 flowered inflorescence carrying fragrant flowers.
