Found in Peru without locality and has not been seen in more than 100 years with ovoid, aggregate, oval pseudobulbs caryring a single, apical, erect, plicate, 5+ nerved, lanceolate-elliptic, acuminate leaves that blooms on a pendent to lateral, basal, loosely to 4 flowered inflorescence enveloped by a few, minutely punctate floral bracts and carrying fragrant, large flowers.
