Common Name The Two Calli Stelis

Flower Size .24” [6 mm]

Found in Junin department of Peru at elevations around 2200 to 2600 meters as a small sized, cold growing, caespitose epiphyte with erect slender ramicauls enveloped by a 2 tubular sheaths and carrying a single, apical, erect, coriaceous, oblanceolate, obtuse, cuneate below into the narrow petiolate base leaf that blooms in the spring on an erect, 1.6 to 2” [4 to 5 cm] long including the 1.2 to 1.6” [3 to 4 cm] long peduncle, subdensely, many flowered inflorescence with elliptic-cucullate, apiculate floral bracts.
