Found in Aragua, Lara, Merida and Miranda states of northern Venezuela as a mini-miniature sized, caespitose epiphyte with erect ramicauls enveloped by a tubular sheathand carrying a single, apical, erect, coriaceous, narrowly elliptical, obtuse, tridenticulate, cuneate below into the channeled petiolate base leaf that blooms in the winter, spring and summer on an erect, arising from the apex of the ramicaul, terete, pale green, to 1.6" [4 cm] long including the .6" [1.5 cm] long peduncle, mostly simultaneously to 30 flowered inflorescence and has pale very small, shorter to as long as the ovary floral bracts.
