Common Name The Modest Stelis

Flower Size tiny

Found in Minas Gerais state of Brazil on mossy trees in humid forests as a miniature sized, warm to cool growing, caespitose epiphyte with an erect ramicaul enveloped by a single, scarious sheaths and carrying a single, apical, erect, coriaceous, linear-oblong, subobtuse and tridenticulate apically, attenuate below into the petiolate base leaf that blooms on an erect, 3.2" [8 cm] long, slender, subdistichous, several flowered inflorescence arising through an acute spathe and with infundibular below, cup shaped above, shorter than the ovary floral bracts and carrying small, clear yellowish flowers.
