Found in southern Minas Gerais and Rio de Janiero states of Brazil in wet forestsas a mini-miniature sized, cool growing caespitose epiphyte with fasciculate, apparently nude ramicauls carrying a single, apical, coriaceous, narrowly oblong, obtuse and tridenticulate apically, narrowing below into the canaliculate, petiolate base leaf that blooms on an erect, longer than the leaf, arising through a diminutive spathe peduncle [1.9 cm] long, rachis [1.9 cm] long, slender, slightly flexuous, subsecund, moslt simultaneously several flowered inflorescence with cucullate shorter than the ovary floral bracts and carrying very small, whitish flowers.
