Found in Venezuela without locational data as a miniature sized, caespitose epiphyte with erect, terete, stout ramicauls enveloped almost completely by 2 to 3, tubular sheaths and carrying a single, apical, erect, elliptic-oblong, obtuse, tridenticulate, sessile, attenuate below into the petiolate base leaf that blooms on an erect, 3.2" [8 cm] long, distichous, densely, mostly simutaneosuly many flowered inflorescence with cucullate floral bracts.
