Found in Costa Rica at elevations under 600 meters as a mini-miniature sized, hot growing epiphtye with erect ramicauls carrying a single, apical, erect, coriaceous, linear, obtuse, contracted below into the petiolate base leaf that blooms on an erect, flexuous, lax, to 1.12" [to 2.8 cm] long including the very short peduncle, mostly simultaneously 6 to 12 flowered inflorecence with deltoid-cucullate, apiculate floral bracts.
