Found in Bolivia at elevations around 2600 meters as a small sized, cool to cold growing epiphyte with a fan-shaped leaf clusters with narrow to broadly oblanceolate, abrutly acute at the obtuse apex, attenuate below into the conduplicate, petiolate base leaves that blooms in the spring on 1 to several successive, axillary, pendant, slender, terete, 2" [5 cm] long, single flowered inflorescence with a single bract.
