Found in Narino Colombia without locality as a miniature to small sized epiphyte with a fan of linear-lanceolate, acute conduplicate below into the base leaves with a basal sheath and without a pseudobulb that blooms in the summer on a a basal, pendant, 2.8" [7 cm] long, provided with 4 small bracts, single flowered inflorescence
