Found in New Guinea on trees in forests at elevations around 800 meters as a super-mini-miniature sized, warm growing epiphyte with no stem and carrying 4, oblanceolate-ligulate, apiculate leaves that blooms in the fall on a flexuous, as long as the leaves, .6 to .8" [1.5 to 2cm] long, sublaxly few flowered inflorescence with deltoid, acute floral bracts.

Schlechter stated that the flowers were pale green turning yellow with age.
