Found in southern India and Sri Lanka in submontane forests and tropical wet evergreen forests at elevations of 450 to 1850 metrrs as a mini-miniature sized, hot to cool growing leafless epiphtye without pseudobulbs, stems or leaves that has green, fleshy, tortuous, vertical toand then flat on the basrk roots that blooms at anty time of the year on an erect, slender, peduncle .16" [4.5 mm] long, few flowered inflorescence with triangular-ovate, rounded, persistent floral bracts and carrying whitish green flowers
