Found in western Sumatra at elevations over 1000 meters as a mini-miniature sized, warm to cool growing epiphyte without leaves that blooms on an erect, minutely conical, acute spotted, .2" [5 mm] long, very zig zag rachis, flattened, quadrangular in cross-section, many flowered inflorescence with triangular, acute, concave floral bracts.carrying long lasting, successive opening flowers held in 2 rows.
