Found in New Guinea on trees in montane forests at elevations around 450 meters as a small sized, hot growing epiphyte without leaves and very slim roots that blooms in the fall on a densely verrucose, epedunculate, densely 15 to 20 flowered inflorescence with triangular floral bracts.
