Found in New Guinea on Mangifera trees at elevations around 100 meters as a mini-miniature sized, hot growing epiphyte without leaves that blooms in the early winter on a subepedunculate, flexuous, somewhat verrucose, laxly few flowered inflorescence with triangular, apiculate floral bracts.
Schlechter stated that the flowers are pale yellowish with a white lip.
