Found in Java, Sumatra and Borneo in hill forests at elevations 900 to 1650 meters as a mini-miniature sized, warm to cool growing epiphyte with at least one nearly terete root and adventitious buds at the apices that blooms in the winter on one or more, angled, pale green, laterally flatened to 1.7" [3.3 cm] long, successively single to many flowered inflorescence with alternating, in two rows, triangular, acute, concave floral bracts.
