Found in New Guinea at elevations around 900 meters as a small to just medium sized, warm growing epiphyte without leaves that blooms in the summer on a serratiform, distichous, peduncle filiform, to .8" [2 cm] long, densely, successively single, 10 to 15 flowered inflorescence with triangular, apiculate floral bracts.

Schlechter stated that the flowers are yellow-green.
