Common Name The Small Needle Telipogon [refers to the setae on the column and lip]

Flower Size .16" [4 mm]

Found in Costa Rica and Panama near streams at elevations around 1400 meters as a small sized, cool growing epiphyte with a stem carrying oblanceolate, membraneous, ephemeral, leaves that blooms in the late winter and early spring on a winged, few flowered inflorescence.
