Common Name The Fortuna Telipogon [A Dam in Panama]

Found in Panama at elevations of 1000 to 1450 meters as a miniature sized, warm to cool growing epiphyte with an elongate stem to 4.8" [12 cm] long, carrying ephemeral, thin, oblong leaves that blooms in the late summer and early fall on an erect inflorescence with triangular, decurrent on the rachis, floral bracts.
