Common Name The Monteverde Telipogon [An area of Costa Rica]

Flower Size .24" [6 mm]

Found in Costa Rica in cloud forests on small twigs at elevations around 1400 meters as a mini-miniature sized, warm to cool growing epiphyte with ephemeral, ovate-oblanceolate, acute, somewhat carinate beneath leaves that blooms in the late winter and early spring on a winged, 1.2" [3 cm] long, successively single few flowered inflorescence enveloped by bracts.
