Common Name The Beautiful Telipogon

Flower Size 2" [5 cm]

Found in Colombia and Ecuador at elevations of 2000 meters in cloud forests as a miniature, cold growing epiphyte that dies back after blooming till the next growth season, so do not throw away until you are sure that it is dead, with an erect, slender stem carrying fleshy, spreading, elliptic, acute, rugose above, revolute, two ranked leaves that are conduplicate to the leaf sheaths that blooms in the spring on a terminal, erect, to 10" [25 cm] long, one or two flowered, racemose inflorescence.
