Common Name The Semi-Painted Telipogon

Flower Size 1" [2.5 cm]

Found in southern Colombia and northern Ecuador at elevations of 3200 to 3400 meters as a miniature sized, cold growing epiphyte with a short, basally branching stem enveloped completely by narrowing and conduplicate towards the base, linear, acute leaves that blooms in the spring on a terminal, to 4" [10 cm] long, flattened, successively 3 to 5 in total, 1 to 2 flowered at any one time inflorescence.
