Found only in western Java as a small sized, hot to warm growing epiphyte with a hidden pseudobulb enveloped by 2 basal clasping leaves and carrying an apical, slightly notched margined leaves that blooms on an axillary, to 12.4" [31 cm] long, elongating, successively many flowered inflorescence with very small, fairly wide open flowers
