Common Name The Large-Leafed Thelymitra
Flower Size 1 to 2" [2.5 to 5 cm]
Found in Western Australia at elevations of 20 to 500 meters in forests and woodlands as a medium to large sized, cool to cold growing terrestrial in varied soils and habitats with a single, thick, short, ribbed, leathery leaf that blooms in the spring in nature on an erect, 12" to 36" [30 to 90 cm] long, 5 to 25 flowered inflorescence with 2 to 3 sterile bracts and carrying sour scented flowers
