Common Name The Bell-Shaped Thelymitra - The Shirt Orchid - The Bell Sun Orchid

Flower Size .6 to .8" [1.5 to 2 cm]

Found in Western Australia at elevations of 20 to 400 meters in coastal to near coastal areas among scrub as a small to medium sized, cool to cold growing terestrial with an erect, slender stem carrying 2 to 3, acuminate stem bracts and a linear, channeled leaf that blooms in the spring in nature on an erect, 8 to 20" [20 to 50 cm] long, 2 to 15 flowered inflorescence with bell shaped flowers.
