Flower Size 1/2" [1.25 cm]

Found in Vietnam and Taiwan in forests on tree trunks and branches in moist forests at elevations of 500 to 1500 meters as a warm to cool growing epiphyte with an ascending stem with several to many, nearly basal, abaxially spotted with purple, linear-lanceolate to narrowly oblong, slightly fleshy, acute someltimes slightly bilobed apcailly leaves that blooms in the later winter and early spring on a slender, 1.6 to 2.4" [4 to 6 cm] long, successively several flowered, usually with 1 to 2 open at a time inflorescence with dense, not distichous, broadly ovate-triangular floral bracts and carrying fragrant flowers that do not last long.
