Found in southwestern Sumatra without elevational data but reporteed to being close to sea level as a small sized, hot growing epiphyte with a slightly flattened stem carrying tough in texture, spreading, strap-shaped, shortly and obtusely bilobed, narrowing towards the base leaves that blooms on a spreading peduncle slightly flattened, few bracted, few flowered inflorescence with ovate, more or less obtuse, almost as long as the ovary floral bracts.
