Common Name The Shimmering Purple Thrixspermum
Flower Size 1/2" [1.25 cm]
Found in Java at elevations of 800 to 1400 meters as a miniature to small sized, warm to cool growing epiphyte with a flattened stem carrying to 6, thick, linear, apically bilobed, lobes more or less acute, basally clasping leaves that blooms in the spring on an elongating to 8" [20 cm] long overall, spreading to pendent, thin, reddish, rachis broad, successively several flowered inflorescence.
