Common Name The Recurved Thrixspermum

Found in Thailand and penninsular Malaysia on small trees near rivers at elevations around 1000 meters as a mini-miniature sized, warm to cool growing epiphyte with a short stem carrying a few linear, obtuse, basally clasping leaves that blooms on a 6" [15 cm] long, with the rachis consisting of an apical clump of broad, fleshy bracts giving rise to successively single, several flowered inflorescence carrying flowers with pale red brown spots and a hairy lip.
Similar to T pardale but this one has pale red brown spots and a less hairy lip as well as a smaller plant with a short stem carrying a few close set leaves and a 6" [15 cm] long, inflorescence with broader fleshier bracts
