Common Name The Mt Tahan Thrixspermum [A mountain in Kedah Malaysia]

Flower Size 4" [10 cm]

Found in Kedah state of penninsular Malaysia as a small to medium sized, cool growing epiphyte with elliptic in cross section stems carrying to 10, fleshy, sheaths slightly keeled, spotted with purple, narrowed to rounded bilobed apically leaves that blooms on an erect, peduncle to 6.8" [17 cm] long, upper part flattened, rachis to 4.8" [12 cm] long or more, successively single, several flowered inflorescence with yellowish spotted with purple floral bracts.
