Common Name The Short Spur Trichocentrum

Found in Cauca department of Colombia as a mini-miniature sized epiphyte with a short rhizome carrying erect-patent, ligulate, obtuse with a small apiculae, fleshy-coriaceous leaves that blooms on an erect, peduncle terete, .4 to 1.4" [1 to 3.5 cm] long, rachis short, 2 to 4 flowered inflorescence with oval, acuminate, somewhat shorter than the ovary floral bracts.
