Found in Java in lowland forests as a medium sized, hot to warm growing epiphyte with an erect, stout, climbing, long stem carrying narrowly lanceolate, suddenly narrowing towards the apex [subulate] leaves that blooms in the spring on several, very short, 1 to 2 flowered inflorescence carrying fragrant flowers
