Found in Sumatra in lowland forests as a small sized, hot to warm growing epiphyte with clustered, pendulous, thin, pale green, long hairy stems carrying small, lanceolate, hairy on both sides leaves that blooms in the winter on a thin, short, rachis, thin, zig-zag, 5 to 8 flowered inflorescence with clasping, broadly ovate-triangular floral bracts.
