Common Name Fox-like Trichotosia [refering to the color of the hairs on the leaf]
Flower Size 1/16" [1 cm]
Found in the Philippines occurs at elevations of 50 to 1600 meters as a small sized, hot to cool growing, epiphytic plant from and has cane like stems with 2 ranked, oblong-lanceolate, acute, red pubescent below, silky above leaves and blooms in the spring on a hairy, 4" to 8" [10 to 20 cm] long, zigzag inflorescence with hairy bracts and flowers.
