Found in southeastern Kenya and northeastern Tanzania in deep shade in submontane and dwarf evergreen foresta at elevations of 1450 to 1800 meters as a miniature sized, warm to cool growing epiphyte with a shortstem carrying several, linear, unequally and obtusely bilobed apically, pale green with dark splotched leaves that blooms in the winter on a arching to pendant, 1 to 2" [2.5 to 5 cm] long, 2 to 8 flowered inflorescence.
