Common Name The Broad Leafed Trigonidium

Found in eastern and Southern Brazil as a medium sized, warm to cool growing epiphyte with 1.2 to 2.8” [3 to 7 cm] between each ovoid-oblong, strongly laterally compressed, yeloow green, smooth becoming rugose with age pseudobulbs carrying 2, apical, erect-patent, obovate to spatulate, abruptly acute to somewhat obtuse, plicate leaves that blooms in the spring on an erect, 6” [15 cm] long, single flowered inflorescence enveloped by membranaceous-coriaceous, acuminate, becoming smaller towards the base bracts
