Common Name The Bracteate Vrydagzynea
Flower Size .26" [6.5mm] long
Found only on Siberut Island in the Mentawai Islands of Sumatra and Borneo at lower elevations up to 1200 meters as a miniature sized, hot to cool growing terrestrial with erect stems carrying 6 to 7, obliquely ovate, apiculate, shortly contracted into the channeled, petiolate base leaves that blooms on an erect, peduncle to 2.4" [6 cm] long, rachis to .44" [1.1 cm] long, densely 7 to 8 flowered inflorescence with lanceolate, acute, as long as the ovaries floral bracts.
