Found in Malaysia, Sumatra, Java and Borneo at around 90 to 400 meters as a small sized, hot growing terrestrial orchid with a creeping becoming apically erect, terte, fleshy stem carrying 4 to 5, ovate-oblong, velvety dark green with a red mid-rib, pubescent leaves that blooms on an erect, terminal, longly pubescent, 7.2" [18 cm] long, several flowered inflorescence
