Found in Bolivia without locality as a mini-miniature sized epiphyte with erect, stout ramicauls enveloped by 3 inflated, loose, tubular sheaths and carrying a single, apical, erect, coriaceous, elliptical, subacute to obtuse, cuneate below into the petiolate base leaf that blooms in the fall on a .24 to .28" [6 to 7 mm] long, single to occasionally 2 at once, successively few flowered inflorescence arising from near the apex of the ramicaul through an annulus and has a tubular floral bract.
